We supply green beans from Honduras and across Central America, ranging from high-quality commercial lots to specialty microlots, with profiles suited to different roasting programs. Our approach to sourcing is relationship-driven, built through long-standing connections and direct engagement with growers, cooperatives, and trusted exporters.
Grown between 1,000 and 1,900 masl, with most farms sitting between 1,200 and 1,600 masl, these varied conditions create an extended harvest season from October through to May, while also supporting a diverse range of cup profiles.
Our selection includes HG and SHG grades such as Parainema, Catuai, Pacamara, Lempira, Obata and Bourbon, alongside premium microlots like Gesha. Each lot comes with clear information on profile, varietal, process and origin, and may include certifications such as Fair Trade Organic and Rainforest Alliance, depending on availability.
